媒體依法開展政務服務輿論監督
《新疆維吾爾自治區促進政務服務便利化條例》施行
本報訊 記者潘從武 “縣級以上人民政府政務服務管理機構或者有關行政機關對輿論監督發現的問題，應當調查核實并依法處理?！?1月1日起施行的《新疆維吾爾自治區促進政務服務便利化條例》（以下簡稱《條例》）明確規定，新聞媒體應當依法開展政務服務輿論監督。
《條例》明確，充分利用數字化、信息化、智能化手段，優化辦理流程、簡化辦理環節、減少申請材料、縮短辦理時限、降低辦事成本，為群眾和企業提供便利化的政務服務。政務服務事項實行清單管理。行政權力事項清單和公共服務事項清單應當明確事項名稱、編碼、類型、依據和責任主體等基本內容。編制行政權力事項清單應當遵循職權法定原則。
《條例》指出，除法律、法規另有規定或者涉及國家秘密等情形外，政務服務事項應當按照國家有關規定納入一體化平臺辦理，實現政務服務事項全流程網上辦理，方便申請人在線咨詢、預約、申請、辦理、查詢和評價。
《條例》鼓勵各級人民政府建立政務服務監督員制度，聘請人大代表、政協委員、民主黨派代表、工商聯代表、無黨派人士、企業職工代表、城鄉居民代表等擔任特約監督員，對政務服務工作開展監督。 【編輯:張奧林】 岛国小美女
