中新網北京11月3日電 (記者 王恩博)記者3日從國家開發銀行獲悉，中國-東盟銀聯體(10+1銀聯體)理事會第11次會議暨中日韓-東盟銀聯體(10+3銀聯體)理事會第2次會議近日以視頻方式召開。會議由中國國家開發銀行和文萊伊斯蘭銀行共同主辦，13家成員行及4家觀察員行參會。
中國國家開發銀行副行長周學東、文萊伊斯蘭銀行董事索非安賈尼出席會議并致辭，文萊中央銀行董事總經理羅基亞巴達爾、中國駐東盟特命全權大使鄧錫軍應邀參會并致辭。
周學東表示，過去10年來，中國-東盟銀聯體已成為中國與東盟國家之間重要的多邊金融合作機制。同時，中日韓-東盟銀聯體成立2年來，也為深化東亞地區財金合作發揮了重要作用。當前，新冠肺炎疫情仍在全球起伏反復。為更好發揮兩個銀聯體的平臺和紐帶作用，進一步釋放多邊合作潛力，共同推動全球發展邁向平衡協調包容新階段，建議銀聯體一是要以普惠包容為重點，聚焦務實合作；二是要以綠色轉型為驅動，加強金融創新；三是要以數字經濟為導向，增強發展動能；四是要以開放融通為基礎，完善合作機制。
索非安賈尼指出，新冠肺炎疫情仍在東盟地區持續擴散，銀行業要因勢而變，積極擁抱數字化轉型的新機遇。中國-東盟銀聯體和中日韓-東盟銀聯體在加強重點領域合作和深挖區域發展潛能等方面取得了顯著成效。各銀聯體成員行要繼續聚焦聯合國可持續發展目標，深化金融合作，共同團結抗疫，助推區域金融治理體系高質量發展。
鄧錫軍表示，中國-東盟銀聯體自2010年成立以來，在機制建設、業務合作、交流培訓等領域開展了卓有成效的合作，已成為中國-東盟金融合作的重要平臺和抓手。中日韓-東盟銀聯體進一步擴展了區域金融合作平臺，為中日韓在第三方市場合作等提供了融資支持。希望地區各國以財金領域務實合作帶動釋放電子商務、人工智能、智慧城市、綠色金融、可再生能源等新領域合作潛能，希望兩個銀聯體為相關項目提供精準有效資金支持，為提升區域金融治理水平、助力地區可持續和韌性復蘇發揮更大作用。
羅基亞巴達爾表示，東盟聚焦于韌性和包容性發展，致力于打造一個數字化和可持續化發展的區域。希望金融機構深化與政府間的合作，通過加強能力建設落實ESG實踐與倡議，進一步推進區域監管合作，織牢地區金融安全網。在新冠疫情背景下，銀聯體各成員行要做好數字化轉型建設，創新風險管理和產品服務，以更加開放的合作迎接新機遇和新挑戰。(完) 【編輯:田博群】
